Help Women Rebuild Their Lives – Bus Passes for Second Chances
Hi, my name is Roeshaun Murry, Founder of United Women Reentry Foundation, 501c3 and I’m asking for your help supporting women who are working hard to rebuild their lives.
Every week we meet women who are determined to change their future after incarceration, hardship, or crisis. Many are attending job interviews, medical appointments, counseling sessions, and workforce training programs.
But there’s one barrier that stops so many of them:
Transportation.
Without a bus pass, a woman can miss:
• A job opportunity
• A therapy appointment
• A court date
• A medical visit
• A chance to move forward
For many of the women we serve, even a small cost like transportation can be overwhelming.
Our goal is to raise $2,000 to provide bus passes for women who need reliable transportation to:
• Work and job training
• Mental health counseling
• Medical appointments
• Reentry programs and support services
The photo above shows our team from United Women Reentry Foundation partnering with the Georgia Department of Community Supervision, where we connect directly with women preparing for a second chance at life.
Transportation may seem simple, but to a woman rebuilding her life, it can be the difference between staying stuck and moving forward.
With your help we can:
• Remove barriers
• Restore dignity
• Support independence
• Help women show up for their future
Your donation helps puts a woman on the bus to a better tomorrow.
If you believe in second chances, healing, and empowering women, please consider donating or sharing this fundraiser.
Thank you for supporting women who refuse to give up on themselves.
With gratitude,
Roeshaun Murry MBA,HRM
