Burnaby Urban Search & Rescue is a non-profit, NGO, located in Burnaby, BC, Canada. Our team has working experience with Flooding, Earthquake and Hurricane response. The team is composed of Professional Firefighters, Police, and First Responders who volunteer their time.
Our Technical-Search Team is trained to locate buried victims in collapsed buildings and structures. The K-9 Teams are trained to detect scent from live or deceased victims.
With your donations BUSAR will use the funds to pay for rescue equipment, essential training for members as well as K-9 training courses.
