The Burlington Food Pantry has been in existence for more than twenty years. This year, due to COVID-19 we partnered with Good Shepherd Food Bank of Maine and Feeding American Corporation. We were loaned a building as we grew to serve 65 to 85 families. 

We're looking to build a permanent home.  We have an acre lot and a quote for a building to house the pantry as we continue to grow. 

Burlington is a very rural area where food resources are 15 miles away. We have an aging population, as well as many low-income families with children who are experiencing food insecurity.
