Buriti Solidarity: Finishing the New Healing Space

With huge gratitude, we are coming together to support a project that is pure love and community. This year, our gathering is completely dedicated to standing by the incredible volunteers who are working to finish building a new Healing Center at the Posto de Assistência Menino Jesus in Goiânia, Brazil.

With the support of our local music community and artists, every single bit of profit raised from this edition of Buriti Sol will go directly toward buying the final construction materials needed to complete this sanctuary.

The Soul of the Mission: Dona Aparecida

The heart of this entire movement is Dona Aparecida Carneiro, a true living legend in her community. As a single mother who rose from very humble beginnings, she has never stopped for a single second. She has dedicated her entire life to uplifting others, building a beautiful network of care that is completely free for anyone who needs it.

Alongside her dedicated team of volunteers, the Posto de Assistência provides:

Holistic Care & Spiritual Renewal: Combining spiritual support with energized water and chromotherapy to help individuals restore inner balance and peace.

Feeding the Hungry: Cooking hot meals for the homeless and families left without any external support.

Support for Mothers: Crafting enxovais (essential baby clothing kits) for young, single mothers.

This powerhouse of love survives solely on pure faith, private donations, and selling traditional, homemade Goiano treats (quitutes) like fresh farinha, homemade cakes, artisan biscuits, and local peppers.

The Goal: Scaling

Right now, the institution is in the final stages of constructing a brand-new building that will become a fully functional Healing Center. This expansion will allow Dona Aparecida and her team to scale their grassroots work, support thousands more people, and keep this powerful legacy alive for generations to come all for free.
