My name is Devante Moss, and I am the founder of Over the Rainbow (OTR) Resource Center — a lived-experience-led nonprofit in Colorado focused on Community & Re-Entry as our #1 priority.

I’ve seen firsthand what it’s like to start over. To struggle. To feel unsupported. That’s why I’m building OTR — a safe, judgment-free space for LGBTQ+ individuals, veterans, justice-involved individuals, and anyone rebuilding after homelessness, trauma, recovery, or major life transitions.We are launching:

Monthly Community Hot Meals
A safe, welcoming space providing fresh meals and connection.

Community Food Bank
Emergency and supplemental grocery assistance.

Clothing Bank
Professional attire, hygiene essentials, and gender-affirming clothing options.

STD/STI Testing & Health Partnerships
Free or low-cost testing and prevention education through trusted partnerships.

And most importantly —

Transitional Housing – The Other Side Initiative
A structured, safe living environment for individuals re-entering society, experiencing homelessness, or rebuilding after hardship. This program will provide stability, accountability, employment support, and a clear path to permanent housing.
