Hi, my names is Sam, my 3 children lost their Daddy (my eldest, his stepdad) this year.

Gareth lost his fight with depression on thr 10th October 2025. The demons from his past, a childhood that no one deserves, were too much to bare.

Our boys will forever miss their Daddy, nothing will ever replace him. With the 2 youngest having additional needs also, its very hard for them to understand and process their grief.

Depression leaves a impact on everyone around and for a long time the children felt the saddness around them.

With mental health services being so stretched,once Gareth finally started receiveing some support, it just wasnt enough.

I am findraising to take them away from the family home for a week to build some new memories and see them smile and be carefree children again.
