In loving memory of my grandmother, who passed away in January 2014, and my grandfather who passed in February 2009 and Aunt in February 2009. I am starting this fundraising as a form of Sadaqah Jariyah on her behalf. I’m starting this fundraiser to honor her life in a meaningful and lasting way.

She was someone who gave so much love, kindness, and strength to everyone around her. Even years later, her impact continues to shape who I am. I wanted to find a way to carry her legacy forward as something that reflects her generosity and care for others.

That’s why I’m raising funds to build clean water wells in her name. Access to safe water is something so many of us take for granted, yet it can change everything for communities in need health, education, and daily life.

The Prophet ﷺ taught us that when a person passes away, their deeds come to an end except for three things: ongoing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah), beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who makes du’a for them. With this intention, I am raising funds to build water wells in her name, so that every drop of water that benefits someone becomes a continuous reward for her in the Hereafter, بإذن الله.

Clean water is a blessing we often take for granted, yet for many communities it is life changing. By contributing, you are not only helping provide this essential resource, but also taking part in an ongoing charity that will benefit her soul.

Please keep her in your du’as, and may Allah accept this effort from all of us, forgive her sins, expand her grave, and grant her Jannah.
