My name is Sean (Mr McCarthy), a PE teacher in an inner-city school. I’m raising money to bring boxing into school, but first I need to provide gloves and pads- which proves to be very expensive on a very small PE budget.

Boxing isn’t just a sport. It builds discipline, structure, and purpose. Unfortunately, due to barriers, some students may never get the chance to even put a pair of gloves on.

With your support, I want to change that.

To raise money, I’ll be taking on:

* The Manchester Marathon (19/04/26)

* A 10-hour boxing pad session at Foundry Gym, Bromsgrove (date TBC – updates on this site and Instagram SMC.COACH )

Every penny donated will go towards equipment that will directly benefit pupils that need it most.
