My name is Danny Sheridan, I'm a Battalion Chief with the 3rd Battalion in the Hunts Point section of the South Bronx. I have been on the FDNY for 39 years. After the tragedy of 9/11 I helped start a foundation that supported under privileged Fire Departments in Latin America. I still continue that work today. I would like to open a new chapter in my life by helping this organization which invited me to join them from the 16th to the 23rd of November this year. I will be taking part in the Mellon Educate building blitz 2024!

I will be putting my skills that I have learned over the years to good use by volunteering in the building of schools in Cape town, South Africa.

I would very much appreciate if you could donate whatever you can for this cause and help me reach my target of $3500

Thank you all
