My name is Azgari Lipshy, and I founded the Azgari Foundation — a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Texas — because I believe that access to education and career development should never be determined by your zip code, your background, or your circumstances.

Every day, thousands of people in our communities are ready to work, ready to learn, and ready to build something meaningful — but they lack the resources to get there. Foster youth aging out of the system. Single parents trying to break the cycle. Adults who've never had anyone in their corner to show them how.

The Azgari Foundation provides free job training, career mentorship, and employer placement support for underserved individuals across Texas. We partner with employers, training institutions, and community organizations to create real pathways — not just programs — that lead to sustainable careers and financial independence.
