We are facing a survival crisis where the life expectancy of a person experiencing homelessness is nearly 30 years shorter than average. This isn't just a housing problem; it's a human dignity problem.

As the Chief Placement Officer for Property Shekels, I am launching our Tiny Home Homeless Initiative to bridge the gap. We are building Tiny Home Villages—dignified, safe, and sustainable micro-shelters for those left behind by the traditional market. Property Shekels was originally birthed from our unique real estate investment and locator service, and now we are expanding to ensure neighborhoods thrive. Our goal is to work towards a Grand Launch on April 10th, 2026. Donations will go directly towards construction and furnishing of high-quality micro-shelter units, professional placement services to help residents transition into stable, long-term environments, and securing land and community resources for our first village.
