Love Is Love Tidewater strives to elevate the LGBTQIA+ community throughout the Virginia Tidewater region. We value representation, believe that visibility opens minds, and provide safe spaces for members of the LGBTQAI+ community to gather. We understand that LGBTQIA+ Virginians, especially those in the Tidewater region, continue to experience discrimination, disparities, and violence, particularly transgender people and people of color. We support LGBTQIA+ youth who are navigating the increasingly complex issues at home and at school. We want our work to encourage the LBGTQIA+ community to be who they are and inspire allies to show their support in meaningful ways.
