Meet Zoey — our sunshine and inspiration.

Zoey was diagnosed with CDKL5 Deficiency Disorder, a rare genetic condition that affects her ability to move, communicate, and perform daily tasks independently. She’s the brightest light in our home — always thriving through challenges and teaching us what true strength looks like.

As Zoey grows, her needs are changing. Our current bathroom isn’t safe or accessible for her — making everyday routines like bath time and personal care physically hard and sometimes unsafe.

That’s why we’re raising funds to renovate Zoey’s bathroom into a safe, accessible, and sensory-friendly space designed just for her needs. This project will include:

A roll-in shower with grab bars and a handheld showerhead

Non-slip flooring and anti-scald controls for safety

Wheelchair-accessible sink and toilet height

Soft, calming lighting and finishes that support her sensory comfort

A layout that gives her the dignity of independence and comfort she deserves

The estimated cost for these renovations is $15,000 — covering demolition, plumbing, fixtures, accessibility features, and safety materials.
