Salaam brothers and sisters,

Brother Saleem Imran, sadly passed away at age 46 years old after a tough 8 week fight with cancer. No one expected to lose him so soon but we accept the will of our Lord, Allah SWT.

The prophet Muhammad PBUH told us that there are 3 things that benefit the deceased, one of which is continuous charity, Sadaqah Jariya.

Sal’s loving and caring nature touched so many people in his short life and he brought lots of smiles and laughter to all he met. Nothing was too much to help a friend in need. He is now in need and we want to reach out to those who loved him to make the next stage of his life in the akhira one of ease.

We have decided to support 3 projects:

1 - Planting fruit trees

2 - Setting up a water well

3 - Supporting the building of a mosque that will also serve as a Quranic school for children in Pakistan. This mosque will not only be a place of worship but also provide a space for young ones to learn how to read and understand the Quran, ensuring Sal’s sadaqah jariya continues for generations.
