Found Farm is a nonprofit dedicated to providing a safe, stable home for teens in foster care who are at risk of aging out without support. Through a family-style environment, consistent mentorship, and hands-on life skills training, we equip young people with the confidence, character, and practical tools they need to transition successfully into adulthood. Our heart is to be more than a place to stay—we are a place to belong, grow, and build a future.
