Building a Community Roller Rink in Kitchener ON

Hi, my name is Elaine Beck, Co-Owner of Retro Rollers Inc. Myself and my partner, Philip Morris are spearheading this fundraiser in order to reach our goal to build a roller rink in Kitchener Ontario. The exact location is confirmed, budget is completed, and we are ready to commence construction. With your support, we can help to cover construction costs, equipment purchases as well as help us bridge the gap between now and when we open the rink in 2025.

Any denomination contributed will help.

The Specifics:
Space: The space is a 22,000 sq.ft. spot at 563 Highland Road West (lower level under Parts Source, Thrift Store and Shoppers Drug Mart).

What will be in the space:
12,000 sq.ft. skating surface & 2,000 sq.ft. teaching/practice area
Snack bar
3 party rooms
Lounge area
Pro shop and office space

Large expenditure buildout required:
Full air conditioning system ($250,000)
Complete washrooms ($50,000)
Rink walls ($50,000)
Electrical and life safety systems ($50,000)
Sound, lighting for rink ($50,000)
General requirements ($100,000)
