My name is Ashford Baker — founder of REGGAE TONE and longtime fitness leader in Calgary. For years, I’ve been running pop-up workouts, seniors classes, disability programs, and cultural dance sessions all over the city.

Now it’s time to give this energy a home:

The Lions Den is happening — and I need your help.

For years I’ve brought fitness to the streets, Pineridge Christian Fellowship, the parks, the people. Now it’s time to build something bigger:

Lions Den Fitness Studio — a space for every body.

Inclusive. Accessible. Culturally-rooted. Powerful.

Today I launched a GoFundMe campaign to help cover the lease, equipment, and buildout of Calgary’s most community-driven studio.
