Boris Johnson (who no one voted for) has succeeded in getting the Queen (who no one voted for) to sign off on a suspension of Parliament which will allow him to push through a no-deal Brexit (that no one voted for) without allowing for any opposition from our elected representatives.
The UK’s democracy is under threat and we must act now.
With Labour, the Lib Dems, the Green Party, the SNP and Plaid Cymru all condemning Boris’s coup and vowing to work together to stop his blatant attempt at unaccountability, a General Election seems inevitable.
And Campaign Together is the people’s secret weapon.
We need to hit our target of £7000 to roll out the plan. Can you chip in?
Who are Campaign Together?
Campaign Together is a grassroots movement of people from all political parties and none that want to stop the tories from winning the next election. Last year, we flipped two seats away from the Tories and helped to elect left-wing candidates in Bristol and Oxford. We bring together people who want to stop the Tories and use political science, community organising and tactically voting to spread the message about which party can best stop a Tory government.
We use 'big organising' techniques which means instead of relying on massive staff teams we distribute tasks across a network of volunteers. You can read more about big organising here
