We are the Arab Student Association Amsterdam (ASAA) – a newly founded non-profit study association dedicated to building a strong, supportive, and inspiring community for Arab students and friends of Arab culture in the Netherlands.

Our mission is to create a safe and empowering space where Arab students can connect, integrate, and grow academically, socially, and professionally. We want to represent the voices of Arab students at the University of Amsterdam and beyond, while also building bridges with the wider Dutch society.

What We Stand For

Cultural exchange: Sharing the richness and diversity of Arab culture with others in Amsterdam.

Career development: Hosting networking events, workshops, and collaborations with companies to support Arab students in their career journeys.

Integration & support: Helping Arab students feel at home, find guidance, and navigate student life in the Netherlands.

Community impact: Creating initiatives that encourage dialogue, inclusion, and representation for Arabs in academia and society.
