We are a wellness centre dedicated to connecting people with nature, well-being and heart-centred community. The property we have been running our sanctuary out of has been put on the market and sold, leaving us to find a new property to keep our community wellness services running.
By donating even $5 right now and sharing this post you will help to keep our nature-based wellness community alive! Every dollar will go to us purchasing a property to expand our mission of regenerating local ecosystems, educating people on holistic lifestyles and providing experiential wellness services.
Intergenerational/multicultural connection, well-being and sustainable land stewardship are at the heart of our community. With your help, we can fulfill our vision of a land-based wellness and education centre that connects native ecology regeneration with community wellness.
The funds raised go to the purchase of land in Niagara, Ontario. An eco-friendly, land-based approach guides the below pillars of our Sanctuary:
1. Regeneration and/or preservation of ecosystems- Depending on the property we will expand the native forests or restore cleared farmland into their natural ecosystems.
2. Build or convert existing infrastructure into event venues for wellness services- With minimal environmental impact we will modify or create spaces for educational and service offerings for the Niagara community and beyond. These wellness services are multicultural, multi-disciplinarian and holistic, bridging ancient knowledge with modern science and technology. We celebrate diverse collaborations with local experts and aligned global individuals and communities.
3. Regenerative agriculture projects- Building biodiverse ecosystems that support local ecology as well as local food production. These projects will include educational, research and therapeutic opportunities.
