The NANO Foundation

Salaam/Hello, I started this foundation 6 years ago in honor of my late grandma, Taj Begum, who left us on October 13, 2019. We build water wells, mosques, Islamic schools, distribute food, etc. in slum parts of Orangi Town, Karachi, Pakistan. It is the world’s largest slum with over 2 million people who really need clean water, food, and other basic necessities. Every year this project is a success, and I can’t wait for this new year to get all the blessings together Insha’Allah. As this foundation is close to my heart, I’m hands on with it and make sure every single penny from this campaign goes toward the needy. Because of you, people will finally have clean water to drink, food to eat, and a proper space to pray and recite Quran in this holy month of Ramadan.
