Alhamdulillah, by the will of Allah (SWT) and through your generous support, our mission to build a mosque in Shojonsri continues to move forward.

What began as a vision to serve a rural community — where residents once had to walk miles to reach the nearest place of prayer — is now becoming a reality. This journey has not been easy, but with your duas and donations, we have already achieved significant milestones.

Progress So Far

Alhamdulillah:

• The land has been fully prepared and leveled.

• A proper pathway has been constructed.

• The basement and structural foundation (Linder) have been completed.

• Construction is steadily progressing.

Each brick laid is a testament to your generosity and sincerity.

Why This Mosque Remains So Important

This mosque will serve as:

✅ A prayer space accommodating 300–350 worshippers.

✅ A Madrasah for 50+ children, offering free Islamic education and Qur’an memorization.

✅ A center for Qur’anic and Islamic studies for adults and youth.

✅ A place for community gatherings, unity, and spiritual growth.

✅ A fully equipped facility including wudu areas, carpets, Qur’an stands, lighting, ceiling fans, and a speaker system for the Adhan.

Additionally, plans remain in place to develop a pond and a graveyard, ensuring the community has essential facilities close to home.

For the elderly, the disabled, and the children of Shojonsri, this mosque will be more than just a building — it will be a lifeline for their Deen.

The total estimated cost of this blessed project remains £15,000, and we are now raising funds to complete the remaining construction work, Insha’Allah.
