Build a Homb for our native Elder Debra

We are fundraising to build our friend and Chumash elder Debra a home on the land project that we steward. Debra is on an important mission of creating a bioregional hub and uniting the indigenous communities of this area. We want to honor Debra by creating a home for her on her ancestral homeland She has been an integral part of our project as a guide holding space for people on the land.

Sage Stoneman has offered to build her home at a significantly discounted price from natural and fire resilient materials. We are asking community who have been touched by our work to contribute what they can. We believe these contributions will be passed forward in a multitude of ways.
