Help Build A Family Home In A Remote Vietnamese Village

Do you want to join Change the One in making a life changing, difference to an impoverished family in a remote Vietnamese village?

In February 2025, we were introduced to a family in Hoa Village, Thanh My Town, Nam Giang District, Vietnam. We were taken to visit this family by the local official Mr Phuoc & and our Vietnamese representative Mrs Nguyen Tram. We met Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thanh, her daughter, Cai Muc Thao, and her grandson, Cai Muc Tien.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thanh, a widow, is struggling with severe hip osteoarthritis, and her daughter, Thao, does her best to support them, despite facing her own challenges, including being a single mother without a stable job in a remote, rural village. They have been been living in appalling conditions - the home they share is in a dilapidated state, with broken walls, leaking roofs and numerous hazards that compromise their safety and well-being.

We are proposing to build a 2 room home to replace their current dilapidated shack.
