Build-A-Box: Christmas for Children in Zimbabwe

Help us raise £1,000 to bring joy, hope, and gifts to children who have so little — but deserve so much.

---

The Heart Behind the Campaign

This Christmas, while many of us gather around warm tables and exchange gifts, countless children in Zimbabwe will go without — no presents, no festive meal, and often no reason to smile.

Build-A-Box is a community initiative with one simple goal:

To fill Christmas boxes with love, essentials, and small gifts for children in Zimbabwe — spreading joy where it’s needed most.

---

What’s in a Box?

Each Christmas box will include:

* Please visit the vonruefoundation.co.zw website to customise your box

Every box is a symbol of love, care, and hope — showing these children that they’re not forgotten this Christmas.

---

❤️ Our Goal

We’re aiming to raise £1,000 to:

Ship over 100 Christmas boxes to children’s homes and local community centres in Zimbabwe

* Support local volunteers who distribute the boxes safely and fairly

* Cover packaging, logistics, and essential supplies

Every pound you give goes directly toward bringing smiles and Christmas cheer to children in need.

Why It Matters

For many children in Zimbabwe, daily life is marked by struggle — limited access to food, clean water, education, and healthcare.

But Christmas can be a reminder that kindness crosses borders.

A small box may not change the world, but it can change a child’s Christmas.
