Military veterans have uncovered many elements of Iron Age chariots on a recent field project. I am looking to raise funds from various sources to enable them to build an experimental version at Butser Ancient Farm. We have found that these projects – such as our Bronze Age house build – work really well for participants so hope that we can find enough money to make this happen in spring 2027. If we can make this happen, we will aim to get Time Team to cover the build. Please give whatever you can – its not on MOD land so they can’t pay!
