Build a brighter future for Peruvian children!

Hi, my name is Gonzalo Miranda. I am the founder of Kuskachay - a Peruvian non-profit that aims to bridge the gap between quality education and low-income communities through free art workshops and assistance.
Our journey began with a deeply embedded sense of responsibility. In Peru, a highly salient narrative of inequality is heightened in the educational sector, leading to the obstruction of our children's academic potential and ambition. In witnessing this, we decided to take charge and initiate a movement for change.
Kuskachay is a Quechua word that stands for "uniting," thus, our motto: to unite incredibly talented children with opportunities that will help them grow as individuals and future professionals.
Due to their young age, we found that the most efficient way to nurture their learning processes and creative skills is through art. Moreover, this is an excellent medium for them to explore their emotions and harness their motor skills.
We are now close to constructing our first art classroom in "La Tomilla", a community in the city of Arequipa. Still, we need your help to turn this project into a reality. We are looking for $3,000 to pay for the construction of the site and basic art supplies for the children.

With your support, we will be able to provide these intelligent and enthusiastic kids with the tools to build their future.
