Our dear friend Koji has been working hard to coach us through all kinds of health and fitness journeys! They’ve invested a lot into the gym in order for the community to grow, so for their birthday I’d love to be able to support them in their journey of becoming a strength coach. If you’ve ever been to a session or lift meet you know how important this space and work is to them, and to all of us! And if you’re not able to donate you can also help by spreading the word to anyone who might be looking for a trainer. They also do remote coaching!
