Bude Carnival 2023

Hi, I'm Sarah, chairlady for Bude Carnival.

Last year we celebrated the 100th Bude Carnival and it was monumental! We had a record number of floats take part in the Carnival procession and the community turned out in their masses to line the streets!

We want to thank the Bude community for assuring that our annual carnival is able to continue, especially with the cost of living stretching our pockets. Last year we raised £3,150 from the carnival, which was donated to 27 local charities to help their own project continue to develop.

We're hoping that the generous people of Bude will support us again this year with this new modern version of funding, and we are incredibly grateful for any donations made. We hope to produce a genuinely memorable carnival for us all to enjoy once again.

As usual, any surplus money raised will be distributed to local organisations and charities.
