Since 2017, Buddy the Elf has delivered teddy bears to the children at Prisma Childrens Hospital at Christmas, and in subsequent years has begun deliveries to Serenity Place (Family Effect), Shriner's Childrens Hospital, the Travelers Rest Police Department, and the Travelers Rest, Tigerville and the Duncan Chapel Fire Department.
