Every year, we put on an annual Christmas event called Bucks 4 Burpees.

This will be our 4th year running Bucks 4 Burpees, and each year it continues to get bigger and better.

We are raising money to benefit the Autism Society of British Columbia, and every donation will help make an impact.

Last year, as a community, we raised $10,020 with all proceeds going to Autism BC, an organization near and dear to our hearts and many members of our gym.

Every dollar donated goes towards one burpee. (And yes, that meant a total of 10,020 burpees done by us, the Coquitlam Fire Department and our members last year!)

The Coquitlam Fire Department has put together a team again this year and are eager to come back to "compete" against us in raising funds and doing burpees.

Once your donation has been made, please click the "Contact" button under the "Organizer" section on this page to let us know who you are donating burpees to.

If you do not let us know who you are donating burpees to, the burpees will be assigned to your name.

Because Bucks 4 Burpees has grown so much over the last 3 years, this year we will be hosting the Bucks 4 Burpees event at G-Force Gym, in Port Coquitlam, on Sunday, December 15th from 9:00 am - 11:00 am.

All burpees will be completed during these hours at G-Force gym, and we intend for this to be a fun event where you can bring your family and friends to cheer (or heckle!) people on while they do their burpees.

All of the funds will be donated directly to AutismBC.
