On what began as a normal drive to work, their lives changed forever.

My brother-in-law Jake was involved in a devastating head on collision and first responders had to fight to extricate him from the vehicle.

The crash was horrific. Jake has sustained severe injuries including:

• A Brain bleed

• 4 Broken ribs

• Heart damage

• A Fractured sternum

• A Fractured neck

• Multiple broken bones in His dominant hand and wrist

• Severe Bruising, internal Injuries, and unimaginable pain -and an uncertain road to recovery ahead. Doctors say he will be unable to return to work for months as he fights to heal, and that's IF there are no complications.

A Family Already Fighting For Their Lives

Just a few months ago, my sister and Jake welcomed twin baby Girls - born FOUR months early. These tiny Miracles spent over 4 months in the NICU fighting for their lives, connected to tubes and machines that most adults would struggle to endure. My sister hasn't been able to return to work because the girls need constant care, medical follow-ups, and therapy.

Now she is facing something no mother or wife should have to- caring for two medically fragile babies, had a severely injured husband at the same time.

A Family Drowning, But Too Proud to Ask For Help.

Jake is the Sole Provider for his family. Before the accident, he was already working himself to exhaustion, trying desperately to catch up on bills left from NICU stays, medical debt, and basic living expenses. They were already behind . Now with him hospitalized and no income coming in, this tragic accident has brought them to the breaking point.

They are drowning. Rent, utilities, diapers, formula, gas, medical bills and now hospital expenses- they are facing a mountain no family can climb alone.
