Roof replacement

Hi everyone, a young single mother of 3 in our community is in dire need of a complete roof replacement. There is a severe amount of water leaking in and we have a limited window of time to act before the damage will be irreparable. I have taken the responsibility of organizing the effort of fundraising and the repair. The existing roof is tar and gravel which will all have to be removed. 2x4s and plywood will have to be put down to provide a new base for ice-guard and steel roofing. The projected material cost for all of this is in the neighborhood of $15,000.00. I have reached out to a number of local contractors who are willing to donate their labor to get this fixed.
