Help Brynn, local 3 year old, beat Leukemia!
Ben and Elizabeth (Liz) Cashell are parents to three awesome children, Brynn (3), Easton (2) and their newest addition Rhett, born January 23rd! If you said, “3 kids under 3? Wow!” you’re likely not alone.
Along with raising their wonderful family, you’ll find Ben and Liz working at their dairy farm in Ulster, PA. It’s not hard to recognize how hard working they are. The best part? They’re always positive, and it’s contagious to anyone who is around them.
In November, the family received devastating news… Brynn was diagnosed with Leukemia. While the first round of treatment was successful, Brynn’s body did not respond quite as well as her doctors had hoped. As a result, Brynn was put on a more aggressive two month plan for round two of treatments. This is one tough little girl, and she has been fighting hard though multiple biopsies, spinal taps, and numerous doses of chemo. Somehow, Brynn keeps finding the energy to just hang out with her Daddy or try and be a typical, spunky 3 year old. She even continues to help on the farm, smiling the whole time!
This family has a long road to recovery ahead of them. They are all in this together and staying true to their positive, supportive and optimistic personalities. By now you know that Ben and Liz have a lot on their plates... all of the doctor's visits, all of the different treatments, 3 kids under 3 (including their newborn!), running a dairy farm, and full-time jobs off the farm.
In a situation like this, a little help will go a long way, especially help that is time and money! Please consider supporting Brynn and her family as they fight through this. At such a young age, Brynn needs her parents to be with her to make sure she remains comfortable and at ease during this trying process. Raising these funds would be a small burden lifted from their shoulders, enabling them to spend more time focused on Brynn and her treatment and recovery journey.
Together, we can ensure that they know that they are loved and supported by their community, and they are not in this thing alone!
