BrushForFree: Bringing Smiles to Those in Need

We’re two students from Western University who noticed something important and heartbreaking: many people in our community who are experiencing homelessness don’t have access to basic dental care.

Through our volunteering and outreach, we realized how difficult it is for them to get even the most basic hygiene items – like toothbrushes. Dental health is often overlooked, yet it’s so crucial for overall well-being and dignity.

That’s why we started BrushForFree. Our mission is simple: to provide toothbrushes to anyone who needs them, at no cost. We want to help fill this gap and make sure no one is left behind when it comes to oral health.

With your support, we’ll purchase and distribute new toothbrushes directly to shelters, community centers, and outreach programs. Every toothbrush you help us provide is a step toward better health and more confident smiles for those who need it most.
