My name is Sal E. and I am trying to help my brother, Christian E. He has gotten himself into a bad position due to not having enough work in his handyman business. He was trying to support himself and a female friend and her daughter. They have since moved on to fend for themselves. He is currently working day to day with whatever work he can bike to. He has lost his car and is about to lose his residence. He hasn't worked in the mainstream market for over 20 years. He has no work history since he has been self-employed all this time. He needs to stay in Philadelphia (Roxborough/Manayunk) where he currently lives. We are looking for a room to rent and he has gotten himself in debt as to what he owes his current landlord, the utilities, and others he has borrowed money from over recent years. I have given what I can afford and other family members have also given what they can afford. We are all average middle-class people making a very modest income. He has a couple of people that are trying to assist him in getting a standard job that will give him a guaranteed income on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. He only has until 10/23/25; at that time, the Sheriff will evict him from his current residence. He has already been through court multiple times over the past year with several legal representatives and there is no turning back. Anything you can offer at this point will help to assist him. He has a huge heart but he has made too many wrong decisions over the years that have gotten him into this terrible mess. I can't imagine my younger brother being homeless. Please help.
