Brittany's Incomplete Heart

My name is Stephanie and I have set this fundraiser up for my dear sister Brittany. As a mother myself, it is breaking my heart to see what she is going through as a mother right now, so this is my desperate attempt at helping her.
   Brittany is an excellent mother and has always put the needs of her children before her own. She is loving and caring, kind and compassionate to all who know her. She would give anything for Lazarus (3) and Elias' (1) happiness and well-being. Unfortunately, Brittany had to leave her home and husband in Texas earlier this year due to some threats against her life from her husband's family. She moved herself and the boys to Maine, only packing what she could fit in a suitcase. After not being able to secure a job, her husband and her agreed it was best for her to move to South Carolina (near where we grew up) as jobs were more abundant there and she had friends who were willing to help her get established. After several months of being there, getting back to work, getting the boys established in a good preschool and daycare system, she stopped hearing from her husband. The boys didn't even recieve a phone call for their birthdays. Months later, the Friday before Thanksgiving, she arrives to pick up her son from preschool only to find he is not there. Her husband drove from Texas to South Carolina and took him right from school without any notice to Brittany. Can you even imagine the devastation that Brittany felt? Can you imagine going to pick up your child and he or she not being there. Can you imagine not getting to say good-bye, or dropping them off not knowing you wouldn't see them again for a long time. It is breaking my heart to watch Brittany try to hold back the tears, feeling like she is incomplete without her other child in her arms each day. 
  Brittany is in desperate need of some help right now as she has been served with a court date in two weeks in the state of Texas in order to fight for custody of her two precious boys, Lazarus (3) and Elias (1). With Christmas around the corner, it is my wish that my sister not have to stress about how she is going to come up with so much money in such a short time period. Please, I'm begging you, if you have anything to spare right now, please find it in your heart to help my sister, who I love dearly, get her boys back in her arms. Nobody deserves the suffering and anguish that she is going through and that the boys are going through being torn apart and away from their mother. 
  Any funds raised would go toward travel expenses and attorney fees. Please donate now if you can find it in your heart to help a wonderful and loving mother of two precious boys. This would mean so very much to me and my sister, as well as the whole family. We are all suffering watching this unfold and not being able to do anything for her. If I could have one Christmas wish, it is that my sister be able to make it to court to be able to put up her fight and let her voice be heard.
