A team of apprentices here at British Sugar have designed and built a cart to race in the Hunstanton Soap Box Derby on Sunday 22nd September 2024 all in support of The Purfleet Trust! The Trust does amazing work in King’s Lynn and West Norfolk, helping those experiencing homelessness with life-changing services like housing advice, mental health support, hot meals, training/workshops and more.

Our apprentices, with the guidance of our engineers, have put their hearts into this project—spending their own time to make it happen. We're excited to race and proud to represent such a great cause.

Help us hit the finish line by donating to support The Purfleet Trust and their incredible impact on our community!
