I have been working with a case worker and law enforcement in Baltimore to find my son. I am his mother who has EMERGENCY full custody and his father is currently incarcerated. His father is known to have abusive tendencies, mainly towards women. He has put his hands on me on multiple occasions. I have asked around on Facebook to see if anyone has seen my son and I am under the impression that he is with RJ’s father’s new baby mother. Because of these abusive tendencies and the fact that Rasheed SR. has put his hands on his new baby mother, I am fearful that she may retaliate against my child. I have no idea where my son is, which troubles me because Baltimore City AND County Police claim there is nothing they can do because his father “knows where he is”. His father KIDNAPPED my son and now you mean to tell me that I can’t even file a missing persons report because the father claims to know where my child is. Mind you, Rasheed Mickens Sr (my son’s father) REFUSES to tell police or my case worker where my son is. How do they even know he is telling the truth and knows where my son is located? My son could be in harms way. I have not even heard his voice, I am incredibly distraught! I’d go through hell and back to find my child, but Baltimore police does not seem to give a damn! I have to hire a private investigator to help me in this case, as well as a lawyer. I’m looking for any assistance in doing so. My son, RJ, is a mama’s boy. I know he misses his siblings and family! PLEASE help me in locating my baby. My son is MISSING, but apparently he is not good enough for the legal system in Baltimore!
