Help me bring my babies home

As most of you know my children lost their father just over a month ago. Some of you know the back story to this and some of you do not. In July of 2010 I signed my children to their paternal grandparents to keep them safe during a divorce from their father. The details of this can be looked up via public record, however there was domestic violence as well as additional issues I would rather not discuss. The agreement was made to be temporary for the summer for their father and I to obtain counseling or part ways. When I went back to court after two short months and leaving their father, my children's grandparents refused to return the children to me. At this point I was staying with a friend, lost my job in real estate and the home I lived in due to their father being arrested. I fought for months in court and was advised by a public defender that my chances of getting my children back were slim due to my living situation. I have been going to court fighting for these babies for 6 years and it has always come down to money. Last year I sat in a court room on trial and was ripped apart by their team of attorneys. My children's grandfather was a real estate lawyer prior to his retirement and their grandmother has worked for the county center for 25 years. To say they are wealthy is an understatement, I believe along with their financial status there are potlitical ties to the court system. My lawyer did not stand a chance in that court room and I had been defeated again based on false evidence and the inability to tell my story. There is so much to all of this that I will share in time, but for now I need your help. This visit with my children showed me that although I don't have all the money in the world, despite the lies that have filled their heads and despite the fact that I have missed some of the most important moments in their lives these children want their mother. They cried hysterically over the thought of going to live back with their grandparents. I am working on other things on my end to make this happen but again I need your help. If you follow me you know that I lost my job when I took off to New York to be with he children after their father passed. My husband nick works hard every single day however as any young family we get our bills paid and take care of river, there is not much leftover. Especially not enough to obtain an attorney. I have spoke to several lawyers and the retainers seem consistently the same. If you are not able to help me please share this. I will not stop fighting until those two beautiful children I carried in my stomach for nine months and took care of the best I knew how are back where they belong.
