Help Jarell Win Jahniya's Custody Battle - Bring Her Home!

My name is Jarell, I am the father of one of the most special, brilliant, radiant and beautiful little girls in this world, "Jahniya Hope. - My Angel" I have been in my daughter's life & in the same home with her for her entire life, even after her mother & I split up. Recently, my daughter was taken from me where she lives in the state of Texas which is her home of the last 3+ years &

never returned home. Uprooted from her normal everyday life, where she was in school, active in the neighborhood, playing for organized sports teams, etc. She is currently in the state of Virginia with her mother and being alienated from me. (Since February 17th 2024)

Though I have been her sole provider with no maternal assistance whatsoever for over 1.5 years, immediately after she was taken from me I was put on child support after agreeing that she was only visiting her mother. Unfortunately manipulated, this is the third time this has happened (parental alienation) & the events that have taken place have left me with no other options beside force me to file for full custody of my daughter. NO ACTIVE FATHER should be kept away from his CHILD, especially little girls who need the LOVE, guidance, protection, nurturing & leadership of a father.

I am raising this money to obtain a great Lawyer here in Houston, TX and need the money to put said lawyer on retainer in order to fight for my daughter during this custody trial. In order to fight for justice and what is right! I have already picked up two extra jobs and am working tirelessly in efforts to bring my baby girl back home. I need $12,000 but I am only raising $8,000. I am working MYSELF for the remainder! However in this situation, due to me still having to upkeep all other bills & expenses it would be foolish of me to not admit I need some help obtaining a good lawyer!
