Secillia Rose was diagnosed with epilepsy when she was 5 after years of having seizures. She has struggled and fought with mental illness for 9 years now on top of the epilepsy, and I have advocated as hard as possible for her to have everything in this world that she would need to succeed and thrive.

In the last year, Sill has spiraled mentally. She has been so depressed she’s attempted suicide; she has been so high up that she’s gotten herself in some dangerous and bad situations. She began to have these episodes that looked like seizures and began to struggle with remembering things and started getting headaches. So, the doctors began doing workups and said they were pseudo seizures, non-epileptic episodes, and prescribed some migraine medication. Safety-wise, we have done everything we can possibly think of to make it work.

On September 3, 2025, we took her for an annual MRI with no worries or anxiety about the results. We were having a great morning. By the time we had gotten home from the hospital, which is 20 mins away, Secillia's neurologist called us back, and he just started apologizing. I could hear fear in his voice; it was so shaky, and I still never would have thought he would tell me that they found tumors on her temporal lobe, lesions on the white matter of her brain, and cysts. On top of all that, the blood flow to the left side was decreased.

So here I am asking for blessings to help her live every day like it’s her last and make her happy because the future is so unknown, and I want her to have everything she desires because she deserves it. She is only 12 years old and she has already fought so much darkness, so please help me bring as much light as I can to her!!!
