Bringing much needed supplies to Belagavi, India

This October, 16 students and staff from Southern Cross University have chosen to head to Belagavi in India, as part of our Nursing placement. This unique and meaningful experience will include time spent learning in an aged care facility, a primary health care center, a primary school, and rural childcare centres.

Whilst we are incredibly excited to learn from this experience, we also want to take this opportunity to give back. Many of these facilities face shortages of essential supplies that could significantly improve the quality of care and education. We are hoping to raise funds to provide supplies such as bed sheets, learning toys, and sports equipment, all of which are needed within these facilities in Belagavi.

We hope to honour the incredible care and dedication that is already provided by these organisations. Donations will help support their efforts to enhance the well-being and experience of those they care for, ensuring they have the resources to continue the amazing work they do.

With every cent put directly into these facilities, we and Belagavi are deeply grateful for any donation small or large. We thank you for making a lasting impact!
