After having an emergency surgery during the first week of September things became difficult with the paternal side of my son's life, he had to stay with his father for a week and when the time came that I was supposed to have him back they refused and told me I couldn't take him from his home I wouldn't leave without my son so they called the cops on me and I was told to leave. The next day the paternal grandfather said I could spend a couple hours with him so I found out all I could before going there to make sure I wouldn't be getting my friend into any trouble I talked to a deputy just to make sure, he told me if there wasn't any court order or anything legally keeping me from my son it wouldn't be illegal for me to walk out of the house and put my son in my car and go as my friend and I were leaving with Felix in my arms when I had stepped outside the paternal grandmother grabbed us and tried to pull us back inside and when failing to do so called for her husband to help pull us inside I called for my friends help and she tried to get the paternal grandfather off of us he just shoved her to the ground and they managed to pull us inside. When they got us inside the grandfather locked the front door so no body could get in and they pushed us down into a chair and kept pressing pretty hard down on my stomach (I had just had a appendectomy) and they didn't let go until the paternal great grandmother pulled him out of my arms and the grandfather shoved me outside. the cops were called and were on their way the father didn't get home until seconds before the cops showed up still nothing happened and my friend and I went to the ER after to treat our injuries. I didn't get to see my son again for 6 weeks and felt like a part of me was missing at the time I was still nursing my son and didn't get to keep going for as long as I had wanted. The father was trying to get full custody even though he's made it clear he can't handle it he refused to take care of Felix's daily needs and even told me when I moved out that I needed to take Felix because he can't handle being a full time dad.  When we dated for the first time in March 2018 he sexually assaulted me daily no matter if we were at school, the park, my mothers house, or work he refused to wear protection and would pressure me into having sex in July 2018 I became pregnant with my son and since then had to deal with the paternal grandparents threatening me with their lawyers and court the father started spreading rumours around the school saying I'd be a terrible mother and he wouldn't last a week with me. He's verbally and sexually abused me since I've known him and now he's trying to take my son from me. He's trying to do whatever he can so I don't get over night stays with my son the paternal grandfather tried to hold my phone number hostage so I would pay off a phone they said was theirs and even after being told that he told me to pay for it or they would disconnect my phone service and get rid of my number so I had to get a new phone number.  With the donations I plan to get a new attorney to help me get my son back so we can start rebuilding what was lost it would mean the world to me if you could donate whatever you could to help us get my baby back.
