Meet Regina and Chuey (Jesús) Leija - two of the most wonderful people you will ever encounter!

Their story began in 2018 when they started dating! They fell in love, then got married in 2019. While their hope was to start a family the traditional way, God had other plans.

Regina and Chuey have tried to start a family for 5 years, but have unfortunately struggled with infertility. However, God did what He always does--brought blessing out of heartache. After years of this heartache, the couple decided on December 23, 2024 to begin the adoption process. Two days later (Christmas night), Regina’s friend texted her asking if they would be interested in adopting a baby. This friend knew of a couple searching for a Catholic couple to adopt their baby. After meeting with the birth parents, Regina and Chuey quickly started the adoption process. They are very excited to welcome Baby GIRL Leija in March 2025!

Adoption is expensive, but they trust that God will provide for each need. Here is a brief breakdown of how your donations will be used:

→ Home study fee: $2,000-$4,000

→ Legal/Court fees: $10,000-$25,000

→ Birth parent expenses/At-risk fees: $10,000-$25,000

→ Any extra donations will be applied to baby supplies
