Bring Xmas to Fr. Simpliciano Children's Home Philippines

The FR. Simpliciano Children's Home is a child-caring institution located at Lourdes Grotto Compound - San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, Philippines, catering to children in need of special protection.

This is no normal children's home; the children (43 at present) have been abandoned or rescued from sexual and physically abusive environments.

I belong to an informal group of Christian expats located in the Philippines raising funds to bring Christmas to these children. We deliver food supplies monthly to the home donated by our members.

We have a Christmas wish list from the girls and in addition, we wish to add some festive foods to the Christmas lunch and dinner menu . Requests include shoes, clothing, sporting goods and art supplies.

The FR. Simpliciano Children's Home Inc. is a well staffed home managed by Franciscan Sisters working alongside an incredible team of professionals and volunteers.

It was registered as a non-stock, non-profit corporation by the Securities & Exchange Commission in September 1990 and was licensed to operate by the Department of Social Welfare & Development as a child-caring institution on July 1st, 2014.

The girls are thriving in this loving environment, where they feel safe, loved and heard.
