In March 2019 Williams mother decided to abduct him and leave back to Canada. She violated the Hague Abduction Convention, but I didn't have the money to retain a Canadian attorney on top of one in the US in order to proceed with charges. I was served divorce papers after being led along by promises of their return for 3 months. From July 19'- March 20' I was only allowed to see my son for 8 hours, 2 out of 3 Saturday's. The entire time I've willfully paid child support, fully and on time. When covid hit in March his mother refused to bring him down for 8 months. Not until Thanksgiving did I see my boy, and then she refused any further visits again. I've spent 56 hours with my Doober since March. I've missed out on 2 birthdays and most holidays for almost 2 years. In the mean time I retained a lawyer and have been fighting every way I can to bring my son back home. He sustained 2 major concussions while in his mother's care this summer, I fear greatly for his safety. She is using him as a pawn in her con, I just want to see him safe and happy.
