My name is Nicolas Munoz, and I am reaching out for help on behalf of my wife, Vivian Henao. Vivian and I were recently married on April 5, 2025, a day filled with love, hope, and the dream of starting our life together as a family.

Shortly after our marriage, we found out that Vivian is pregnant—a moment that was supposed to be the happiest of our lives. However, our joy quickly turned into heartbreak when she was detained by ICE on October 13 due to a legal error. Although the judge has already corrected this mistake, ICE continues to hold her at the Stewart Detention Center.

Vivian is currently 10 weeks pregnant and is experiencing tremendous stress and anxiety during a time when she should be surrounded by peace, care, and love. The conditions of detention have taken a toll on her health and emotional well-being.

We have filed a humanitarian parole request to secure her release, but the process involves significant legal fees and expenses. I am raising funds to help cover:

• Legal representation and filing costs

• Communication and documentation expenses

• Snacks and phone call costs while detained (since the food provided is inadequate)

• Basic support and medical care once she is released

Vivian has always dreamed of becoming a mother within a loving marriage, and it breaks my heart to see her facing such hardship at this vulnerable time. Every contribution, no matter the amount, helps us get one step closer to reuniting and ensuring her safety and well-being.
