Hola mi nombre es Denisse, el es mi tio Victor Burgos fue detenido por la policia en la ciudad de Pell City AL (dia 8/22/25), en un checkpoint y entregado en el momento a ICE. El no tiene récord criminal solo iba hacer algo que a el le gusta que es pescar. El era el sustento de su hogar y al ser detenido deja a su esposa y a su hija sin un sustento estable. Queremos recaudar fondos para poder pagar un abogado y tratar de hacer lo que mas se pueda para que el no sea deportado a su país y para gastos del hogar. Recurrimos hacer esto para poder apoyarlas en algo y se les agradecería cualquier ayuda. Muchas gracias

Hello my name is Denisse and this is my uncle Victor he was stopped at a checkpoint in Pell City Alabama on 8/22/2025 by police and was immediately handed over to ice, he has no criminal record and has been living in the USA for more that 20 years. His only mistake was doing something that he enjoys which is fishing. He was the provider for his family and now they have no stability. Rent, bills, lawyer fees, school fees, etc are on top of them.
