Help Reunite Victor with His Family – After 10 Long Years
Story:
Hi everyone,
We’re reaching out with heavy hearts and hopeful spirits to ask for your help in reuniting a loving husband, friend, and community member—Victor Carrillo—with his family in the United States.
In February 2015, Victor traveled to Mexico to finalize his paperwork to become a permanent U.S. resident, guided by an immigration attorney. But due to an error on official records—a mismatch in his mother’s name—Victor was denied reentry into the country.
What followed was a heartbreaking 10 year separation from his wife, our mother, who has recently retired and now lives on a fixed income. Despite their best efforts, Victor was left stranded in Mexico—through no fault of his own.
✨ The good news: The issue has finally been resolved, and Victor is now eligible to return.
The challenge: The immigration process must be started over from the beginning, and the costs are overwhelming. Legal fees, documentation, and processing all carry steep price tags.
Our mom has always given so much to the Myrtle Beach and Conway community—offering help to those in need, supporting families, and opening her heart and home. Now, she needs our help. Her health is not what it once was, and she longs for her husband’s support, comfort, and care.
Victor, too, has always been a hard worker and is willing to work upon his return to repay the kindness shown to him. We’re not just asking for donations—we’re asking for compassion, support, and community.
Every dollar helps bring Victor one step closer to home. If you’re unable to give, please share this page or keep our family in your prayers.
